2024 Christine Beattie Award
Congratulations to the 2024 Christine Beattie Award winner, Kuo-Chang Tseng! The award recognizes junior investigators who demonstrate excellence in the field of zebrafish research and exhibit promise as a future leader in the zebrafish field.
About the 2024 Christine Beattie Award Winner, Kuo-Chang Tseng: Kuo-Chang (Ted) Tseng, a graduate student in Gage Crump's lab at the University of Southern California. Mr. Tseng is a current graduate student at the University of Southern California with a multidisciplinary background in molecular biology, developmental biology, bioinformatics, and synthetic biology. He received his undergraduate and masters degrees at National Taiwan University, before moving to the Unviersity of Southern California to pursue his PhD in Development, Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine. His current research focuses on vertebrae development and regeneration mechanisms using zebrafish. |
