The Nakamura lab (http://nakamuralab.com/) in Department of Genetics at Rutgers university is looking for a full-time fish specialist/lab technician in evolutionary developmental biology. The long-term goal of Nakamura lab is to identify genetic mechanisms underlying fish diversity and its contribution to the fish-to-tetrapod transition. To this end, we bridge genetics, genomics, and embryology using model and non-model organisms, such as zebrafish, bichir, skates, and sharks. 

The successful candidate will be involved in maintenance of the fish facility (zebrafish, bichir, skates, and sharks), lab management, and coordinating research efforts in the lab.
